Carolyn Heeps (Company Secretary)

Dr Carolyn Heeps joined The Crown Estate in 2001 with over 18 years experience in marine resource management, academia, consultancy and training. As Head of Policy and Sustainable Development she is a senior member of the Marine Estates team and has responsibility for the Marine Estate's policy and procedures, environmental advice, managing a substantial Marine Stewardship funding Programme and spearheading the development and implementation of the Estate's Marine Resource Management System.
