Methodologies for measuring and assessing potential changes in marine mammal behaviour, abundance or distribution arising from the construction, operation and decommissioning of offshore windfarms

Potential contractors are invited to submit their proposals for the delivery of methodologies for measuring and assessing the significance of any changes in marine mammal behaviour, abundance or distribution as a result of the construction, operation and decommissioning of offshore windfarms including tools for defining and determining the significance of any such changes.
Please note that due to the specialist nature of this tender, COWRIE requires that all applicants must clearly demonstrate their background expertise.
