The Futures Technical Working Group was formed in 2008. Its purpose is to propose and select suitable projects that will address questions raised, and information gaps identified, for the next stages of offshore wind and marine renewable energy projects. The intention is to fund projects that will create data to feed into, and complement, the Round 3 Strategic Environmental Assessment process.
