A fast moving crab which lives on rocky shores all around Britain.  Also called devil or witch crab, perhaps because of its aggressive nature and red eyes but possibly because of its ability to re-grow lost limbs!  It eats the sea weeds, barnacles and small crabs which live on and around the turbines.
